Can I get root access?
Yes. On Essentials you have full root access. On Managed we share access so we can patch and monitor — you can still deploy and configure your app.
Which location should I choose?
Sydney for Australian users or data that must stay in Australia; Mumbai or Singapore for users in Nepal and South Asia. Servers inside Nepal through local partners are coming soon.
Can I resize later?
Yes. Moving to a bigger or smaller cloud plan usually takes minutes, and our monitoring will tell you when it’s time.
