Questions we hear about this service
Do I need a dedicated server?
Only for steady heavy load, very large databases or strict isolation. Most apps are better value on cloud servers, and we’ll tell you honestly which fits.
What happens if hardware fails?
Disks are mirrored, and the infrastructure provider replaces failed parts. With backups off the machine, we can also restore to a new server if needed.
Is there a setup fee?
Dedicated servers carry a one-off setup fee equal to one month, which we waive on a 12-month term.
