Where is your team based?
Our engineers work from Lalitpur, Nepal. We work with clients in Nepal and Australia, and our working day overlaps the Australian afternoon — we stay online until about 10 pm in Sydney (AEST).
Your engineers are in Nepal — who can access our data?
Only named engineers who need it, only when they need it, with multi-factor authentication, and every access is logged. Development uses de-identified or synthetic data, and we support your own APP 8 assessment.
How do contracts and invoicing work from Nepal?
We sign a standard services agreement with Australian-friendly terms and invoice you in AUD. Payment is by international bank transfer.
What hours do you work in Australian time?
Our 9 am–6 pm day in Nepal runs from 1:15 pm to 10:15 pm in Sydney during standard time (2:15–11:15 pm in daylight time). That gives you a solid afternoon overlap and releases in your evening.
Do you have an office in Australia?
No — and we don’t pretend to. Our team is in Nepal. We work with Australian clients through video calls, shared tools and hours that overlap yours, and we can host your data in Sydney.
