Acceptable use policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses services provided by Inventure Technologies. Because we operate services on shared infrastructure provided by our partners, one customer's misuse can affect everyone, so we take abuse seriously.

You must not use our services to#

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk email;
• host or distribute malware, phishing pages or illegal content;
• attack, scan or disrupt other systems, including denial-of-service attacks;
• mine cryptocurrency without our written agreement;
• run open proxies or relays that others can abuse;
• store or process personal information without a lawful basis.

Security of your services#

Keep your credentials safe and your software up to date (we do this for you on Managed plans). If your server is compromised and starts harming others, we may isolate it until it is safe.

Reporting abuse#

To report abuse coming from a service we operate, email info@inventuretech.com.np with as much detail as possible. We investigate every report.

What happens if this policy is breached#

We may warn you, suspend the affected service, or end the agreement, depending on how serious the breach is. Where the law requires, we may also report the activity to the authorities.
