Cloud services terms
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These terms apply when you buy cloud servers, dedicated servers, managed hosting or DevOps services from Inventure Technologies. They sit alongside your order confirmation, our Service Level Agreement and our Acceptable Use Policy.
What we provide#
We provide managed infrastructure services. Servers run on infrastructure operated by our infrastructure provider, OVHcloud, or by a local partner where stated, in the region shown on your order. We set up, secure, monitor and support the services at the management level you choose (Essentials, Managed, or Fully managed + DevOps).
Your responsibilities#
- Keep your account contacts up to date.
- Use the services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Be responsible for the content, applications and data you place on the services, and for having the rights to use them.
- On the Essentials level, keep your operating system and applications updated unless you have asked us to.
Know your customer#
When you order, we ask for your name, organisation and intended use. We may refuse or suspend an order if the information is incomplete or the intended use breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
Billing#
- Cloud servers are billed monthly in advance, or yearly in advance at the yearly price.
- Dedicated servers have a one-off setup fee unless you choose a 12-month term.
- Invoices are issued in NPR, AUD or USD. Taxes are added where they apply.
- If an invoice is unpaid 14 days after the due date, we may suspend the service after giving you notice. We will not delete your data for at least 30 days after suspension.
Changes and cancellation#
You can resize or cancel cloud servers with 30 days' notice. Dedicated servers on a 12-month term run for the full term. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of price changes.
Your data and leaving#
Your data belongs to you. You can export it at any time, and we will help you move to another provider. After cancellation we delete your servers and backups within 30 days unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Service levels#
Our Service Level Agreement sets out our availability target, support response times and service credits.
Liability#
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Suspension for security or abuse#
We may suspend a service immediately if it is causing harm — for example, if it has been compromised, is attacking other systems, or is the subject of an abuse report — and will tell you as soon as we can.
Governing law#
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal unless your written agreement says otherwise.
