How do time zones work?
Nepal is UTC+5:45. Our 9 am–6 pm day runs from 1:15 pm to 10:15 pm in Sydney (AEST), so you get a solid afternoon overlap and releases can happen in your evening.
Who owns the work?
You do. All code and documents are yours, and we sign confidentiality and IP assignment terms before we start.
Can we scale the team up or down?
Yes, with a month’s notice. We keep documentation current so changes don’t disrupt your delivery.
